Shipping policy

At Pen n' Reg our goal is simple: Happy Pets, delivered.

 

We work with trusted Australian suppliers to ensure your order arrives safely, reliably, and as sustainably as possible. 

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not yet available.

 

Standard processing time: 1-3 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take an additional 1-2 days. These time frames are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers, weather events, or peak-season congestion are outside our control, but we will always assist where possible.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Item weight
• Delivery location
• Supplier fulfilment centres
  

We aim to offer fair, transparent shipping feeds and work towards increased flat-rate options as our range grows.

 

As a curated boutique store, we work with several partner suppliers. This means your order may arrive in multiple parcels depending on the items purchased.  There is no additional cost to you when this occurs.
